SPECIAL PROJECTS VMC 2.0: A Report to the Community PACE Clinic: Outreach Campaign Posters Arts Council Silicon Valley: Annual Report FIRST 5 Santa Clara County: Website VCSV: "Green Challenge" Campaign Website Valley Health Plan: Annual Calendar PACE Clinic Posters were designed as part of an outreach campaign for the PACE Clinic to inform women, particularly minority women, about the importance of getting tested and treated for HIV/AIDS. Posters were produced in Spanish, English and Vietnamese and distributed to Santa Clara County churches, nonprofits, businesses, and health clinics/doctors' offices.
